Before paid work begins

Scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedule and milestones are agreed in writing before paid work begins. The same agreement should specify acceptance criteria, revision limits, cancellation notice, how completed work and committed costs are handled, and any refund conditions or processing timelines.

An initial enquiry or a prepared email draft is not an order and does not incur a website charge. Delivery format and timing for models, datasets, code and documentation are set out in the project scope.

Changing or cancelling a project

Email aditya@artificialmodelling.in with the project reference and the change or cancellation you are requesting. Changes to scope, milestones or support should be documented with their effect on fees and delivery dates.

Cancellation charges, completed work, advance payments and any refundable amount are assessed under the applicable written agreement and applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or a fixed cancellation fee.

Refunds and service concerns

If you believe a payment or deliverable needs review, provide the invoice or project reference and a description of the issue. The applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights determine whether a refund, correction or other remedy is due. Any agreed refund amount, method and timing should be confirmed in writing.

Please do not send full bank details or payment credentials in an initial message. Payment and refund instructions should be verified through the agreed project communication channel.
